Section 9 · Time, Motion & Interaction
Frame
- Definition
A container defining a bounded region of a design — a screen, a component boundary, or a nested section — which can hold layout rules and be linked in a prototype.
- Why it matters
Frames are the unit of prototyping. Transitions connect frames; layout rules apply within them.
- Example
Three frames representing the beginning, middle, and end of an interaction moment.
